Product Description

The main products of the Mineral Processing Reagent Plant are various mineral processing reagents, sodium hydrosulfide and sodium sulfide. Located in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, the plant enjoys convenient highway and railway transportation. It is a mineral processing reagent manufacturer integrating production, R&D and marketing, equipped with advanced production facilities and mature processing technologies. At present, the plant operates one carbon disulfide production line, three xanthate series mineral processing reagent production lines, and production lines for sodium hydrosulfide and sodium sulfide.

The plant can provide various xanthate series mineral processing reagents, including sodium (potassium) ethyl xanthate, sodium (potassium) isopropyl xanthate, sodium (potassium) butyl xanthate, sodium (potassium) isobutyl xanthate, sodium (potassium) amyl xanthate, sodium (potassium) isoamyl xanthate. It also supplies special reagents for gold, silver, copper, lead, zinc and sulfur, as well as high-efficiency reagents for refractory ores such as high-carbon, high-arsenic, high-sulfur, highly oxidized, lean, complex and fine-grained ores. Besides being used as a mineral processing reagent sodium hydrosulfide is also widely applied in leather, chemical industry, man-made fiber and pesticide industries. Sodium sulfide is mainly used in copper ore flotation, leather, pharmaceutical and pesticide intermediates, and dye industry.

The plant is equipped with advanced processing equipment and strong technical strength. It houses a mineral processing laboratory, that can conduct ore beneficiation tests for customers, develop customized reagent regimes, and help achieve optimal production and technical indicators.
