Shandong Zhongtian Ultramarine New Materials Co., Ltd., is located in Zibo City,Shandong Province,China. is a subsidiary of ZTTE. It is a company mainly engaged in ultramarine pigments, and has invested and built two ultramarine factories in Tashkent and Jizak of Uzbekistan, with a total planned production capacity of 16,000 tons/year. The company has advanced production technology, fully automatic production, stable products and excellent quality, reaching the world leading level.

Sodium Hydroxide (Caustic Soda) Production Processes

Raw salt is dissolved to prepare saturated crude brine, into which chemical agents are added sequentially to remove impurities such as calcium, magnesium and sulfate radicals. After secondary refining treatment, high-purity refined brine is obtained.Qualified refined brine is fed into the anode chamber of the ion-exchange membrane electrolyzer, while pure water is supplemented to the cathode chamber for electrolysis under direct current.Under the action of the ion-exchange membrane, sodium ions migrate directionally through the membrane into the cathode chamber and combine with hydroxide ions to form liquid sodium hydroxide.Chlorine gas produced at the anode and hydrogen gas produced at the cathode are respectively cooled, washed, dried and compressed before being sent to subsequent processes.The dilute brine after electrolysis is dechlorinated and returned to the salt dissolving section for recycling.The low-concentration liquid caustic soda produced is concentrated by evaporation to prepare 32% and 50% liquid caustic soda, and can be further processed into solid sodium hydroxide products such as flake alkali and granular alkali.

Wet-Process Phosphoric Acid Production Processes

In the production of phosphoric acid by the hemihydrate-dihydrate wet process, phosphate rock is first crushed and ground to 80~100 mesh to prepare rock slurry, while 98% industrial sulfuric acid is diluted and proportioned according to the process ratio. The rock slurry reacts with sulfuric acid under stirring at 95~105 ℃ to undergo hemihydrate acidolysis, forming calcium sulfate hemihydrate crystals and crude phosphoric acid. The reaction slurry is sent to a vacuum filter to separate calcium sulfate hemihydrate from crude phosphoric acid with P2O5 content of 38%~42%, and the gypsum is washed to recover residual phosphorus. The calcium sulfate hemihydrate is mixed with water and converted into easily filterable calcium sulfate dihydrate crystals at 70~80 ℃, followed by re-filtration to separate phosphogypsum, which is then sent for stockpiling or resource utilization; the washing water is returned to the reaction system for phosphorus recovery. The crude phosphoric acid is purified by desulfurization, extraction and other procedures to remove impurities such as fluorine, sulfate radicals and heavy metals, and then concentrated by multi-effect evaporation to produce industrial-grade or purified phosphoric acid with P2O5 ≥ 54%. The tail gas containing HF and SiF4 is absorbed by water scrubbing to produce fluorosilicic acid and by-product fluorine salts, realizing the recovery of fluorine resources.

Dilute Nitric Acid Production Processes

The raw material gas is initially pressurized and sent to the oxidation furnace, where nitric monoxide is generated under the catalytic action of platinum gauze. The reacted gas is then subjected to secondary pressurization and delivered to the absorption tower. Through multi-stage absorption in the tower, nitrogen oxides are fully converted into dilute nitric acid.

Located in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, the plant enjoys convenient highway and railway transportation. It is a mineral processing reagent manufacturer integrating production, R&D and marketing, equipped with advanced production facilities and mature processing technologies. At present, the plant operates one carbon disulfide production line, three xanthate series mineral processing reagent production lines, and production lines for sodium hydrosulfide and sodium sulfide.

Ultramarine is an old and bright blue inorganic pigment, which is non-toxic, environmentally friendly, fresh and bright in tone. Its color index number is C.I.PB29:77007. Ultramarine is a sulfur-containing compound of aluminium silicate, because of its crystal structure related to celestite and its unique red and blue color, it is irreplaceable and has a wide range of use.

Xanthate appears as a yellow crystalline powder or granular substance. Its main component is xanthate, with the general chemical formula: R-O-CS₂-Na(K) (where R represents an alkyl group). It is mainly used for the flotation of gold, copper, zinc and other metal ores.
